What are technical floors?

Technical floors, also known as raised floors or false ceilings, are construction systems consisting of panels installed on a support structure that can be adjusted in height. These panels form a raised platform above the original slab of the building, creating an empty space below.

What is a raised floor on a terrace?
A raised access floor is a raised flooring system installed on a height-adjustable support structure. This structure creates an empty space between the original floor and the pavement, allowing installations to be hidden, slopes to be regulated and maintenance to be facilitated.
